Hussey, Gay, Bell & DeYoung initially prepared a Preliminary Engineering Report in 1986 for the formulation of an overall storm drainage master plan and stormwater management plan for the development of Hope Plantation,  located in Charleston County, South Carolina.  Hope Plantation encompasses a 360-acre tract of land located on John’s Island. The site elevations range from 5 MSL to 17 MSL, with the majority of the property above 10 MSL.
