The project is for the construction of a new pre-kindergarten (PK) through 6th grade elementary school to serve 400 students.  The facility will include general purpose classrooms, art classroom, music classroom, computer labs, gymnasium, multipurpose room with stage and kitchen, specialists’ rooms, information center, administrative offices, teacher work rooms, and supply / storage rooms.  The school will incorporate advanced communication systems to support technology program requirements, as well as general communications.  The project scope will also include utilities, parking, bus loading / unloading area, playground, sports facilities, signage, fencing, landscaping, and security lighting.
